1. Introduction

Welcome to Mirage Valley Cards (“Mirage Valley,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, our products, and any services we provide through Mirage Valley Cards (the “Service”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

If you purchase from our eBay or Etsy stores, you are also bound by those platforms’ own terms and policies in addition to these.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or using the Service under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian, to place orders through Mirage Valley Cards. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement.

3. Products and Listings

We sell trading card game singles, 3D printed accessories, curated gaming accessories, and custom items.
Card conditions, set information, and any notable flaws are described as accurately as possible; minor variations in color or appearance may occur due to lighting, monitors, and 3D printing tolerances.
We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or change product details at any time without notice.

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars (USD) unless stated otherwise.
We may change prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders that have already been accepted and paid.
Full payment is required at the time you place an order. We do not ship orders until payment has cleared.
We may accept various payment methods (for example, credit/debit cards, PayPal, or other processors). Available methods will be shown at checkout.

If payment is declined or cannot be processed, we may cancel your order.

5. Orders and Acceptance

Your order is an offer to purchase products from us. We may accept or reject any order in our sole discretion (for example, due to stock errors, pricing mistakes, or suspected fraud).
Order acceptance occurs when we send a confirmation and begin processing the order.
If an item is out of stock or unavailable after you place an order, we will contact you with options such as a refund or substitution where appropriate.

6. Shipping and Delivery

Handling times:
- eBay: typically 1 business day for eligible items.
- Etsy and Mirage Valley site: typically 1–3 business days, with custom items sometimes needing additional time as stated on the listing.
We primarily ship via USPS, with tracking provided when available.
Once a package is accepted by the carrier, delivery times are outside our direct control. Delays due to carriers, weather, or other factors are not our responsibility, but we will reasonably assist you in tracking or resolving issues.

7. Returns, Refunds, and Custom Items

For most non‑custom items, we accept returns within a specified window (e.g., 30 days) as long as the item is returned in its original condition.
Custom and personalized items are generally non‑refundable unless there is a clear error on our part or the item arrives damaged.
Return shipping responsibilities depend on the reason for the return (shop error vs. change of mind).

8. Condition, Grading, and Variations

Card condition descriptions (e.g., Near Mint, Lightly Played) follow typical TCG community standards but are still opinions based on visual inspection. Small differences in grading between buyers and sellers may occur.
3D printed items may show minor layer lines or variations that do not affect normal use; these are inherent to the process and are not considered defects.

If you believe an item’s condition was significantly misrepresented, contact us promptly and we will review on a case‑by‑case basis.

9. Use of the Service and Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the operation of the website or ordering systems.
Misuse return or dispute processes, including intentional damage, false claims, or abuse of policies.
Copy or reuse our images, descriptions, or designs without permission, except as allowed by law.

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service, or refuse current and future orders, if we reasonably believe these Terms have been violated.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the Mirage Valley Cards site—including logos, branding, product photos, 3D designs created by us, text, and other materials—is owned by or licensed to Mirage Valley Cards and protected by applicable laws. You may not use our intellectual property without prior written permission, except as necessary to browse the site and place orders.

11. “As‑Is” and Limitation of Liability

Products and the Service are provided on an “as‑is” and “as available” basis, without any additional warranties beyond those required by law.
To the extent permitted by law, Mirage Valley Cards will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service or products purchased, including lost profits, lost data, or other similar damages.

In any case where we are found liable, our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid for the product or order in question.

12. Third‑Party Platforms

When you buy from us on platforms like eBay or Etsy, your transaction is also governed by those platforms’ terms, policies, and systems for payment, shipping, feedback, and disputes. In case of conflict between platform rules and these Terms, the platform rules generally apply for that specific transaction.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada and applicable United States federal law, without regard to conflict‑of‑law principles. Any disputes arising out of or related to the Service will generally be handled in the appropriate courts located in Nevada, unless otherwise required by law.
